30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and original packaging. Trying on an item to check fit is permitted; wearing it beyond a fitting is not.
How to request a return

Return shipping and fees
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping. If we made an error, or your product is damaged or defective, we cover the related return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with a description of the issue and photographs when possible. Opening the packaging does not disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item from assistance. The ordinary unused-condition requirement does not prevent us from addressing these issues.
Refunds
Returned goods are inspected before approval. Once approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
