Where we deliver
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes. Other countries may be selected in the address form, but are not eligible for delivery.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping service is offered.
Order cut-off and handling
Our daily order cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago). This is a fixed UTC−06:00 cut-off and does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed on a business day before the cut-off begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day. Handling normally takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Transit and estimated total time
Transit normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is therefore 3–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
